Bodenheimer and Williamses Receive Appalachian’s Outstanding Service Award

Lancaster Honored for Promoting Academic Integrity

Dr. James Lancaster, an assistant professor at Appalachian State University, has received The Center for Academic Integrity’s Don McCabe Award for sustained work that contributes to understanding and promoting academic integrity.

Chamber Music for Winds Performed Oct. 31

An evening of chamber music for wind instruments will be presented Thursday, Oct. 31, at 8 p.m. in Appalachian State University’s Rosen Concert Hall.

“The Frog Prince” and “Personal Effects” Presented Nov. 6-9 at Appalachian

Plays for the whole family will be featured when the Appalachian State University Department of Theatre and Dance presents the third set of student-directed, one-act plays for the fall semester to be presented Nov. 6-9 at 8 p.m. in the Greer Arena Theatre.

Women’s Weekend Held Nov. 8-9

A Women’s Weekend designed to build bridges between women and foster self-esteem and acceptance will be held Friday, Nov. 8, beginning at 8 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 9, from 10 a.m.-1:30 p.m. in Plemmons Student Union at Appalachian State University.
