Appalachian Chorale Performs Dec. 6

BOONE—The Appalachian Chorale will present a 30th anniversary concert on Tuesday, Dec. 6, at 8 p.m. in Broyhill Music Center’s Rosen Concert Hall at Appalachian State University. Admission is free.

Area Residents Invited to Whitener Hall Farewell Party

BOONE— A going-away party commemorating the last days of Whitener Hall, home to Appalachian Elementary School from the 1950-70s will be held Friday, Dec. 2, at 3:30 p.m. at Appalachian State University.
